I’ve been a Nailberry fan for the last couple of years, I love a good DIY manicure but I was increasingly bothered by the chemicals in my nail polishes (like formaldehyde.. Yep the stuff we use to embalm dead bodies!)
So when I stumbled across this British born brand who were leading the way with vegan, cruelty free, halal nail colour that also avoided TWELVE of the biggest nasties commonly used in polish I was sold!
Boasting 61 gorgeous colours from bright pinks to nudes, moody darks to bold metallics this is a collection you will ALL clamour for. They easily last a week with minimal chipping (and that comes from someone who is usually washing dishes or feverishly typing) and my nails have never been so healthy, gone are the days where I’d remove my nail colour to find them stained yellow and dried out. The breathable, oxygenated formulas from Nailberry look after your nails keeping them healthy, and with extra products available, like their Acai Nail Elixir which repairs and restores damaged nails you can finally give your nails the love they deserve!
So with Christmas approaching I reached out to this beautiful brand to see what they had in store for party season and was very kindly gifted two stunning shades to share with you all…
Glamazon is an amazing petrol, shimmery green colour which is going to be INCREDIBLE for New Years Eve or any work do. It is a party in a bottle. Bold & flawless it almost makes your nails look foiled, just two coats leave them gleaming! Buy it individually or as part of the Festive Icons Collection.
My second colour is Gold Leaf and it is a BEAUT. More subtle than Glamazon but just as sparkly and exclusively available in their Let It Snow Giftset it is a very warm almost bronze/gold and strikes a perfect balance between shimmer and subtle making it easy to wear both day and night. This has quickly become my new favourite, the antique tone makes it almost work like a festive nude, absolutely gorgeous, an essential in any collection.
Which festive mani would you rock this Christmas? I have to admit I’ve also been eyeing up all the traditional red tones too, maybe if I ask Santa nicely one will land in my stocking this year… What would you choose? Let me know!
